    C) CTB – 8-8-8-8-8-8-4(Rip was coming so I switched to ring rows w/ a 1 sec pause at the top)-5-5-5
    Box Jumps felt easy

  2. A) 135-140-145-150-155(4).. found my 5RM from April at 155, but that’s without the volume.
    B) 295-315-325-335-345 – all 3s.
    C) CTB: 5-8-8-8-7-7-6-7. Dropped when I got sloppy on each. Towards the final sets, just felt less in control. Box jumps were NBD except when I bashed my knuckle.

    No major soreness from yesterday. We’ll see tomorrow, but kind of surprised.
