    • OHS all 6 unbroken except the 2nd set where I dropped the 1st one.
      Burpees 9 steady
      TTB were 7/5 – 5/4/3 – 4/4/4 – 4/4/4 and 2/2

      To be honest, 9-9-9 would’ve felt more even as a rep scheme.

  1. Still beat down. Made up snatch work from Wednesday, no metcon, lots of shoulder/posterior chain mob.
