A. Snatch Ladder – Set up 9 bars starting at 135 ending at 225 – perform 1 snatch + 2 ohs or 1 power snatch + 3 OHS. 45 sec to lift, 15 sec to rotate. If you miss you may complete AMRAP power cleans in the time remaining
