A. OHS 5-4-3-2-1 – start with an attempt at a tough five and move up in weight and down in reps
B. 5 sets @ 80% start each one in a different order:
10 Box Jumps 24
10 Pullups
10 Wallball 30-10′
10 Burpees
Run 100m
Rest 2-2:30
Set this up for fast transition times
C. AMRAP Supine Bar Rows 20# vest -4 sets rest 2-2:30.
