    B. 4 + 1 / 4 + 4 / 3 + 100m / 3 + 1 GHD started on the wrong side of the gym, did a 75m shuttle first round. oops.

    Overall I would say our results were in this range
    Walk Pace = 18 to 19 min/mile
    Hike Pace = 17 to 15 min/mile
    Run Pace = 9 to 7 min/mile

    I would say this is a good pace for a regular march, but not for a competition. I say this because most of my thoughts towards ruck pace is based on a 12 to 25 mile hike. Given that we moved a little less than four miles, I’m sure we could have pushed a lot harder. But this was just more of a test of equipment so I would say it went well.
