3 Rounds of Cindy
(5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats)
Run 600m
10 Burpee Box Overs (step up)

B. Gymnastics practice – pick two skills and work for 10min on each (pullups, handstand walk, HSPU, Muscle Ups, Pistols, L-Sits, etc)
