Front Squat Heavy 20
Back Squat Tough 30
– Try to use your 10RM OHS weight for other two squats
B. Max Muscle Ups in 2min x 3 sets rest 2min
C. GHD Situps 3×12-15 unbroken rest 60 sec

    Went too light for FS and BS, should’ve gone to 205/215
    B. 0-0-0. Still can’t turn over…
    C. 15-15-15 These felt great.
