    A. 9+20. Yugh.
    B. 20-20-20. Last set slower; limited ROM for higher integrity.
    C. 5+toe plank-10#-10# all 10 reps

  2. a) 8+16. My balls shrunk after round 5
    b) 20-20-20, barely past parallel. Dealing w/ lower back mobility restrictions
    c) 8, 8, 8 w/ 10# db

  3. A. 3+15. Left shoulder definitely wasn’t even working in the warmup, pull-ups fell apart on round 4.
