  1. A: MU – 4,2,2,2,1,0,2
    T2B – 9,9,9,9,9,9,9

Very awkward muscle ups today. My transition was weird and choppy.

    B. Death. .8,?,?,.7,.7 miles

AD reset on me on the 2nd and 3rd rds. I then switched over.

    RHR – 90

The death cycle was reading my heart rate around 60 during my 4th and 5th rds. I think I need to buy a better oximeter. At least, I HOPE that’s the case.

  2. A)
    – 3x (C2B Pull Up + Ring Dip) per round
    – 6 T2B per round
    B) 0.7 all five rounds

No resting heart rate today. I also need to buy a oximeter because using a running watch heart rate monitor to bed is a pain in the butt.

As for effort on part A today. I kept it pretty steady to make sure rounds were unbroken and unmissed. I completed each one in about 15 seconds.

  3. No RHR. Am Vampire.
