    B. DNF as metcon. Did all the work but not as a metcon
    C. 6 in 10 attempts with a 28 and 21.

    Did not feel good. Left shoulder turning off irregularly

  2. RHR 70 this morning. Followed up morning classes with a 4 hour “nap” and it dropped to 52. So I trained.
