  1. A.) Barbell Good Mornings 5×10
    155 was hard but solid. 175 wasn’t crazy, but I felt the midline going a little bit.
    B) 10 min handstand work. Got some cool tech work done.
    C) 12-10-8-6-4-2
    Strict HSPU
    Cal Row
    Hspu and t2b unbroken. Barely on the t2b.

    0 knee pain after rowing. See the doc tomorrow.
