D. GHD Situps 3 x 12 – scale appropriately (unweighted, 10# plate, 10# med ball throws)

  1. A) 235 across. No misses.
    B) 275- 10,11,9 shoulders and midline felt fine. Something about my grip was off because this was killing my hands.
    C) 200 across
    D) 10# med ball 12 reps each
