Every two minutes, for 20 minutes:
Clean x 1 rep

Loads per set (by %) – 65, 75, 80, 85, 90, 90+, 95, 95+, 101+, 101+

B.
Complete rounds of 9, 7 and 5 reps for time of:
Muscle-Ups
Cleans (225/155 lbs)
(power or full cleans are fine)

  1. A. 195-225-240-260-275-285-290-290-310f-315f. Stood up every single wrap with my right leg. Going to get work done on the left leg this week, something screwy my left knee.
