Minute 2 – Weighted Pronated-Grip Pull-Ups x 3 reps @ 21X0
Minute 3 – 45 seconds of Hollow Rocks or Hold

  1. Didn’t met con yesterday, made up for it today:

    5 Rounds for times:
    20cal AD, rest 2:1
    30m Sled push @ 210#, rest 2:1
    20 burpees, rest 90s

    31:47, first four rounds were between 4:15 and 5:45 (2:1 rest exacerbated the disparity), last round was 6:00. Toast.
