Every minute, on the minute, for 6 minutes:
Back Squat x 2 reps @ 85-88%
B.
Three rounds for time of:
7 Deadlifts (345/225 lbs)
14 Toes to Bar
21 Wall Ball Shots (30/20 lbs)
Rest 5 minutes, and then…
C.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
30 Double-Unders
15 Burpees

  1. Didn’t go to gym. Done Ben Smith style in backyard
    A. DNA
    B. 8:58 as
    10 heavy rock DLs (~225lb sandstone hunk)
    14 Toes-to-Branch
    25 WB to tree shots (20#)
    -rest 5 min-
    50 Burpees FT: 1:59, sucking wind the whole time.

  2. Made up some of yesterday’s training as well:

    OT2M x 6 sets: FS + Jerk @ 255 (93%)
    Then
    A. Done @ 355 (ow)
    B. 11:00ish at 305, legs were shot after the FS and squats
    C. DNA, low back was toast. Handstand skill work for 10 minutes
